"Claimed"  formerly known as "Colonist 116"  is psychological horror short film about the disappearance of the Lost Colony of Roanoke. It was the first attempt at founding a permanent English Settlement in North America established in 1585 whose founding members disappeared before the second expedition to the colony  arrived. 

 In  a  new world  filled with unspeakable  beauty and uncertainty ....they arrived.  No nightmare would have prepared the uninvited colonists for the  horror  awaiting them that came  along with their hopes. Hasn't anyone told them it's a brave new world.
